Lansdale, PA – June 17 2009: CRF Health, the electronic Patient Reported Outcomes (ePRO) solutions company, today announced the appointment of John C. Jordan to the position of Chief Operating Officer. In this role, John will be leading the customer delivery group and will be responsible for global operations within the services branch of the organization.  John’s focus will be to increase the value CRF Health provides to its customers. 

John joins CRF Health from Schering-Plough Research Institute where he served as Assistant Director, Global Clinical Data Management and Global Head of EDC and ePRO. During his tenure at SPRI, John led the various eClinical Technology Initiatives that established them as an industry leader.  He was also responsible for the day to day operations of the Clinical Database Services group, which designed and developed the EDC portion of all clinical trials conducted by SPRI.  At the time of John’s departure, SPRI had built and deployed over 350 EDC studies and over 40 ePRO studies.  Prior to this, John worked with Phase Forward Inc. as a Program Manager where he led Enterprise Adoption initiatives for its largest customers.

With over 20 years experience in strategic planning, business unit development and system engineering strategies, John has an outstanding record of developing innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues and improving customer service offerings.
