Global Helpdesk Support - ePRO Solutions

CRF Health provides global helpdesk support 24/7/365 using professional helpdesk personnel, that are highly trained in both CRF Health ePRO products and our customers’ studies. This service can be made available to study team, site personnel and patients taking part in your studies and can be used to support over 150 languages.

CRF Health Technical Support Specialists pride themselves in offering superior support, and all issues raised are tracked until closure.

At CRF Health, we realize the value and the important role that your site staff and patients have in making your studies successful. For this reason, we are constantly monitoring our performance to see where improvements can be made to make life easier for everyone involved in your studies.

Helpdesk surveys are conducted regularly and reviewed by Management.  The feedback is used to assist in improving the quality of support offered to our customers.

For issues that cannot be closed on First Call Resolution, CRF Health Tier 2 agents have access to expertise from other CRF Health departments including Research and Development and Operations.
